Innerloc's blades feature a “radius angle” bend that stands up to pressure 700% better than flat blades.
Every Innerloc® blade is a miniature razor sharp piece of “angle iron” because “L” shaped steel is many, many times stronger than flat steel. But we don’t stop there. We take the extra step of putting a radius on the bend so that it “hugs” and locks along the matching radius of the tip shaft when the head comes together. In tests, when equal force is applied to a flat steel blade and an Innerloc® blade with the angled, radiused base, the flat steel bends 700% more than the Innerloc® blade. The Innerloc® blade design and temper keeps the blade rigid without becoming brittle.
